Product Engineer (Full-Stack & AI)
Remote (anywhere in the U.S.) · Full-Time · Reports to COO · $125,000–$180,000 base + equity
We're looking for a product-minded engineer with strong front-end skills to build intuitive patient experiences, work across our full stack, and help develop AI-powered coaching features. You'll be our primary full-time engineer, working closely with product, design, and clinical leadership, with experienced external partners supporting infrastructure, security, and architecture.

What you'll work on
- Accessible, responsive React/TypeScript patient experiences
- Python/FastAPI backend features and PostgreSQL data integrations
- Conversational AI and personalization features using LLMs
- Automated tests, clear documentation, and maintainable code
What we're looking for
- Strong React/TypeScript and front-end engineering skills with good UX and accessibility judgment
- Solid Python skills connecting front-end apps to backend services and APIs
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities
- Fluency with agentic coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) and the judgment to validate their output
